海关进出口货物收发货人备案

1. 进入自己城市海关的单一窗口，注册后，填写表格，打印出下面的文件。“ 报关单位情况登记表”

2. 携带正本公章的营业执照复印件，对外贸易经营者备案的正本和盖正本公章对外贸易经营者备案复印件， 再加上盖正本公章的报关单位情况登记表。携带者三个文件到属地海关办理， 领取海关进出口货物收发货人备案回执。

2. Photocopy of business license with original official seal, original of foreign trade operator for record and photocopy of foreign trade operator with original official seal, plus the registration form of customs declaration unit with original official seal. The three documents of the carrier shall be handled at the local customs, and the receipt shall be received from the consignee and consignor of import and export goods.
